How do I get the spanish language to show instead of english on all programs_?

When she logs on to her yahoo page, click where it says more yahoo services. Go to the “I” and click yahoo international. Have her choose which one. There is a U.S. page in Spanish and a Mexico page in Spanish. Hope this helps.
Well, I don’t know that I could step you through it all, but in her account, go to the Control Panel and click on Regional Settings.
Here you can change the location, also the language and currency, etc. You probably would have to have the Windows Installation CD and the Microsoft Office Installation CD to do this.
