youtube has a few peeps with great classes
Try . It’s not perfect, but it’s got some pretty good beginners’ lessons, and it’s free. You will have to get involved in a Spanish-speaking community of some sort to get to know the language to any degree of fluency, though.
I get a word a day by email from transparent.com, which is a good place to start. It has audio translations too.
Here’s a site with tutorials.
You can also search Youtube
Hello!
We offer a personalized online education to our student through a modern methodology.
You will be evaluated in order to know your Spanish skills, and then your Spanish teacher will guide you through chat, audio and a shared blackboard through the most interactive and entertaining lessons.
You can give it a try with a US$ 5 trial class.
Also, we offer free resources to the Spanish learners in our blog “Spanish Lessons Lounge”
There are plenty of websites that offer spanish lessons online and or downloads so you can learn from anywhere in the world.
This software is the freakin best. Try the free trial, I learned a lot. They show REAL spanish and not the awkward sounding translator version which my spanish friends laugh at. lol
It doesn’t really matter where you live, in any case you need to learn it in the same way (unless of course you move to a Spanish speaking country).
As a language professor (not of Spanish though, but of English) in a non-English speaking country I can suggest two things. Either you enroll in a Spanish class, if it is available in your area, or you follow a language course.
The difference is that with a real “live” language class you get the personal touch and the possibility to ask the tutor questions. With online (or offline) courses you do not have that possibility, but if you are willing to learn a good language course will guide you through the lessons step by step and you can fill in possible gaps by searching on the internet.
There are many sites that offer some good advice on learning Spanish, just use Google and you will find a lot of resources. For example, here is a good post about 5 rules you need to follow to learn Spanish,, and there are many more on the Internet.
I wish you best of luck with your Spanish learning experience.
