I did not find it because is not in Spanish yet, as far as I know, I doubt that the Arizonians want people to learn another language than English.
Anyway, better than that “law” , we have the national anthem in Spanish. I think your daughter’s teacher will love it.

Gee, teachers sure are rabid about this law. If she is in Spanish class shouldn’t she be able to translate it?
I have a friend who teaches in Atlanta and when her helper teacher translates what she says she changes the meaning.
As a parent I would ask why a language class is burdening children with politics.
Run the english version through an online English to Spanish translation site. It’s free.
But I still say;
Hable inglés o no hable en todo
