Don’t be too sure about this claim. Illegals steal other people’s identities. Because you do NOT have to be a US citizen to hold a Driver’s License in many states??
In my state, that is the case. You do NOT have to prove citizenship.

If your in America make a attempt to learn ENGLISH – There is NO need for government contracts and forms in Spanish Unless it is with a Spanish Speaking Country.

There’s no problem having DMV (or MVA) forms in more than one language if it makes it easier for the driver to understand the exam. All the road signs use international shapes and colors, why shouldnt the manual be understandable by ALL citizens?
