I will just assume that it is English. Spanish is the easiest of the three. French is interesting because it supplied the base for the English language and has a lot of cognates, although it has a difficult pronunciation. Chinese is the hardest of the three, a very exotic pronunciation and language structure, plus the foreign system of writing based purely on memorizing. It's a hard task, but if you prevail, Chinese will definitely be a very enriching experience. That depends what languages you speak now. I will just assume that it is English.
