it´s not something of the “native spanish speakers” it depends on how respectful the person is, and how he values the effort

Basically when a person is learning a new language, it shows respect that their atleast trying..even if they say the wrong thing you still now what their saying

well, for example, say i had a pair of shoes that you liked, and you asked me where I got them. I said foot locker, and you went to get them too. I wouldn’t get mad and call you a bopper or a copycat, thats just teh way I am, but it is kind of stereotypical to say that nobody gets mad if you would get the same shoes as them. Catch my drift yo?

It’s a form of respect to them. It’s like coming to meet someone on their own terms, instead of expecting them to conform to one’s own.
All people appreciate if someone makes the effort to try and communicate in their own language, not just latinos.

umm well im a native and like most of the time i think it just comes naturally because i truthfully dont know at times when people make fun of the language it pisses me off but i mean who wouldn’t
