		<description>What I do is that I go to the &quot;Insert&quot; on the tool bar in Word, click on &quot;Symbol&quot;, select é, á, í, etc. and create a shortcut (&quot;Shortcut Key&quot; button).

For each one, I use the same logic: Control + 4 + the letter.  I did that for ñ also and for the CAPS.

If you&#039;re on the Internet though, the shortcuts won&#039;t always work.  Then you could set up your keyboard to Spanish but it becomes confusing.  What I usually do is that I type on Word and copy/paste to the email.
