For each one, I use the same logic: Control + 4 + the letter. I did that for ñ also and for the CAPS. If you're on the Internet though, the shortcuts won't always work. Then you could set up your keyboard to Spanish but it becomes confusing. What I usually do is that I type on Word and copy/paste to the email. Good luck!
