The best way to do it is find someone - preferably a native speaker - who (a) can do it and (b) has a lot of patience, and both watch and listen to the way they do it. Then do the same for the single "r" sound. That's how I did it - everybody CAN do it, it's just a questgion of practice.

there is an easy exercise to learn the proper RR pronunciation- you must repeat the following words:
atr la
atr le
atr li
atr lo
atr lu
if you exercise everyday after a week your "rr" will be much better.

you listen to it being said really a lot and you'll get it eventually!

one Spanish tip: the spanish ''j'' (and ''g'' when followed by ''i'' or ''e'') is NOT NOT NOT like the ''h'' in ''hause'', it is a distict sound ,that resembles in no way that English ''h'' , and does NOT exist in English.
it's like the ''ch'' in the German word ''bach'', it sounds as if you have a phlegm in your mouth and your about to spit it. English speakers write it as ''kh'' (sometimes ''ch'')

so plz don't pronounce ''jose'' like ''hose'', because it's wrong.
I think this sound is the one you should worry about not rolling your ''r''.
