I really do not know how the Spanish language and playing baseball correlate. I guess maybe he can better communicate with non-American born players...other then that, I have no idea.

Of course it encourages illegal aliens.

As proficiency in English is a REQUIREMENT for US citizenship, the is no reason, other than to cater to illegal aliens, for Spanish to be pervasive in America. That it is is only more proof that big business is catering to illegal aliens. This is a practice that should be halted NOW.

I refuse to patronize products and establishments that advertise, package, or conduct business in Spanish.

They are called "inverted" exclamation/question marks.

If you are using Windows, search for "Character Map" and you will find them included. Alternatively, turn on the number pad on the right hand side of the Keyboard, hold down Alt and type 0191 for ¿ or 0161 for ¡.

Another possibility would be for you to save my answer and copy and paste the marks when you need to use them.

Yeah, the Spanish CLEP is scored between a 20 and an 80. So obviously, the 78 was a super, super score. Congrats!

Usually, with a score that high, you can get credit for 2 years worth of Spanish. Usually it's 12 credits, one guy I know of got 14. Depending on where your Advanced Intermediate Spanish falls in your degree, it may or may not be covered. I'd just check with your advisor about that.

Congrats again!
