I am interested in the University of Puerto Rico. Are the lessons taught in Spanish?

I would really like to go here. It is beautiful, cheap, and has the major I want. I am having problems with the site though. The whole online site for the college is in Spanish. I have some background in the language, and I would be able to find the button that says “idioma” and click “ingles.” However, I can find no such button, so getting info on the college is impossible. This got me to thinking, maybe the classes are taught in Spanish. Then I would not be able to go here, seeing as I cannot learn what I cannot understand. If you know, please help me! How long would it take to learn Spanish?
