I will be staying in Spain with a host family and taking courses for 6-7 weeks during the summer. My Spanish is advanced, but I have an awful time communicating. Does anyone have any clue if immersion works if you are only there for 6 weeks? Thanks for sharing your ideas and experiences with me.
I am going to Madrid, Salamanca, Sevilla, and Barcelona. I will spend most of the time in Salamanca.
