Why do Consevatives think undocumented workers are using Spanish language forms at the DMV?

lol Aren’t they aware that those spanish speaking people they see signing government contracts and forms in Spanish are legal citizens, what is it that Cons don’t get about the word LEGAL???….lol!
road signs use pictures and street signs coudl be in german (some are) it doesn’t stop Eglish speaking or Spanish people from knowing where they are!
