Interestingly enough, Spanish is a predominant(official language) in most Latin American countries but not in the Philippines.

How come Spanish didn’t become an official language (dominant language) in the Philippines?

I want a Spanish school where the teachers aren’t only locals, but actually educated with M.A’s in education or Spanish language and teachers who acutally have teaching skills and don’t only follow a book.
